Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing this website or engaging SecureMigrate (“we”, “us”, “our”) for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services. A specific engagement may be governed by a separate written statement of work or agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where they conflict.
2. Who we are
SecureMigrate is an independent consultancy specialising in Cloudflare security and performance for e-commerce, SaaS, APIs and high-traffic websites. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official partner of Cloudflare, Inc. unless explicitly stated. “Cloudflare” is a trademark of its respective owner.
3. The nature of our services
Our services are professional consulting and configuration services provided on a reasonable-skill-and-care basis. Security and performance work is inherently probabilistic: we reduce risk, block a large share of malicious traffic, harden critical endpoints and improve performance, but we cannot and do not promise any specific outcome, result, ranking, conversion uplift, or a completely or permanently secure system.
- We do not guarantee that any site will be free from attacks, downtime, data breaches or fraud.
- We do not provide payment-fraud, chargeback, anti-money-laundering or compliance-certification services.
- Uptime or response-time commitments apply only where they are explicitly agreed in a signed service-level agreement (SLA).
- Cloudflare is one layer in your overall posture and does not replace secure development, patching, backups, hosting or full incident response.
4. Quotes and pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote or statement of work after a scoping conversation, and depends on traffic, number of domains, your Cloudflare plan, complexity, urgency and support requirements.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and timely access to the systems and accounts needed to deliver the work.
- Maintain your own backups and a tested restore process before changes are made.
- Hold the necessary rights and authority over the domains, accounts and content involved.
- Use our services and any deliverables lawfully and in line with Cloudflare's own terms of service.
- Keep your own credentials, billing and third-party agreements (including with Cloudflare) current.
6. Third-party services
Our work configures and relies on third-party platforms, in particular Cloudflare, as well as your hosting, plugins and other tools. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and pricing, over which we have no control. We are not responsible for outages, changes, bugs, billing or policy decisions made by Cloudflare or other third parties.
7. Disclaimers and warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website and our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureMigrate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or business, arising out of or in connection with the website or our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a paid engagement will not exceed the fees you paid us for that engagement.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Intellectual property
The content, design and code of this website are owned by SecureMigrate or its licensors. On payment in full for an engagement, configuration applied to your own Cloudflare and systems is yours to keep and operate. Our own templates, checklists, methodologies and tooling remain our property.
10. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the services. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before reviewing sensitive details of your environment.
11. Payment, cancellation and term
Payment terms, cancellation rights and the duration of any monthly managed-care plan are set out in the relevant quote, invoice or statement of work. Monthly plans typically continue until cancelled with reasonable notice as specified in that agreement.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Passion Connection LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 8252252, with its registered office at 44 Broadway, London E15 1XH, United Kingdom. Please confirm the final governing-law and jurisdiction wording with your legal adviser before publication.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown above, applies to your current use of the site. Material changes affecting an active engagement will be agreed with you directly.
