How project scope works — no hourly meter
Fixed scope, fixed timeline — priced by deliverable against an agreed Statement of Work, not by an hourly meter. Typically 2–4 weeks, delivered remotely.

- Architecture & configuration review
- Cloudflare setup for the agreed scope: DNS, SSL/TLS, WAF baseline, caching/performance and the products in your plan
- Validation and a supervised go-live
- Handover pack: runbook, configuration documentation and a team walkthrough
- A 14-day post-go-live support window for fixes to what we configured
Not included (quoted separately)
- Non-Cloudflare work (application/backend changes, third-party security tools)
- Additional domains/zones beyond the agreed scope

Indicative “from” prices are a starting point. Your final price is confirmed in a written proposal after a free scoping call, and depends on the number of zones, the Cloudflare products in scope and environment complexity.

Is there an hour limit? How Care scope works
Care plans are continuous and proactive — we operate and tune your Cloudflare on your behalf, not ticket-by-ticket. Routine configuration changes and tuning are included under fair use; there is no hourly meter to watch. Net-new zones, migrations, large projects and any non-Cloudflare or application work are scoped and quoted separately. Response times shown are targets, not guarantees — exact SLA targets are set in your service agreement. Plans run on a simple monthly basis with a short minimum term and notice period confirmed in your agreement.

Complexity of your stack
Custom checkout flows, APIs, multiple origins and platform limits (such as Shopify) add scope and care.
Urgency
Active incidents, launches and Black Friday windows need faster turnaround, which affects scheduling and price.
Support requirements
A one-time project differs from ongoing managed care with a named specialist and defined response times.
We deliberately publish "starting from" pricing rather than a fixed catalogue, because a small Shopify store and a multi-domain Magento estate need very different work. After a brief scoping call we confirm a firm number and the exact deliverables, so you always know what you are paying for before any work begins.
